One of our fearless leaders! Blake has been in the moving industry for 15 years. Blake started working for a larger, more well-known company immediately out of Highschool and over the summers while completing college. Blake is a proud graduate of Missouri State and Sigma Phi Epsilon. Blake spends his free time enjoying Christmas year-round, powerlifting, petting every dog he sees, and coaching the younger guys to be more independent in their finances.

St. Louis native and massive sports fan, Blake will have you laughing and talking shop for hours if you’re not careful. We are proud to look up to him and be a part of the company he helped establish.

Affectionately called the Blue Witch of BEK. Selina has been a Customer Service Rep in the moving industry working with a larger more well-known company for over 4 years. Since coming to BEK in 2020, she has indoctrinated herself as family and taken on a much larger role than the average CSR. Selina has helped fine tune our entire process of obtaining details and ensuring quality follow up with each move. We could not imagine BEK without her. As a mom of 3, Selina has no free time outside of ensuring her family is loved exponentially. 

Hockey is life for Roman. Specifically, the St. Louis Blues. If ever you want to have a 20 minute sports conversation, simply ask Roman about the Stanley Cup season. Roman came to BEK 2 years ago with no moving experience and has earned his place amongst the best in the industry. Calm, strong, confident, and dedicated to his craft, Roman is BEK true and trough. 

He may seem a bit rough around the edges, but no one is quicker to support his team and crew than Roman. Little unknown fact: Roman is leading the path to men’s hair restoration.

Reese started with BEK in 2018 as a part time employee while also working his way to being a St. Louis EMT. Realizing that he can be just as much of a positive factor in people's lives as a mover, he decided to change his focus and dedicate himself to BEK and the moving profession. 

Since becoming full time in 2019, Reese has been on thousands of moves and is one of our longest tenured and trusted BEK employees. Reese is a ride or die - we would not be the BEK we are today without his hard work and dedication. Got a tattoo Idea? Reese is all for it!

Lea was our first ever office admin who was not part of the ownership team. She came to us with no experience other than a dedication to learn and willingness to prove herself. Lea is the absolute best! She’s a refreshing, positive, and non-judgmental person who knows more about moving than most people who work the trucks. Working closely with our ownership team, Lea has become the BEK office machine. Lea’s free time is spent reading and shopping excessively on Amazon... Target is a close second. 

 “Mr. Comfortable” himself Austin “Cozy” Cozart has grown and turned himself into the very first BEK Beast. Austin started with BEK in 2019 looking for part time work in an industry that kept him moving and active. After a year of being part-time, Austin found a deep respect and love for the profession and BEK specifically. Austin is dedicated to the BEK way, a great mover, awesome friend, and an absolute monster on the drum kit. Find Austin spending his vacation time traveling the US with the wind in his hair or on his motorcycle.

Everyone loves Dobbins. Seriously, EVERYONE LOVES DOBBINS! It is almost gross! 

 He may be late to work at least 1 day a week, but the customer will always see the best possible outcome and will 99.9% of the time work with a smile and positive attitude. Positive, fun, customer service oriented, and an absolute moving monster, Michael is one of our leaders and managers. Young but in charge. Michael will leave you with that feel-good feeling of “I cannot believe someone can be that good at a profession that hard and be that happy to do it.”

Dolan was one of our first employees of BEK. Dolan came to us with nothing more than a smile, positive attitude (that he still has to this very date), and uncompromising work ethic. Fast, strong, and fun to be around, Dolan will make the toughest moves seem like a walk in the park. 

Dolan was also voted BEK’s prettiest employee. A title he carries confidently to any photoshoot he may be doing. Vogue!

The ‘E’ of BEK! Justin is another of our fearless and proud leaders. Justin started in the St. Louis moving scene coming out of Highschool. Establishing franchises and building a reputation for other companies while younger, Justin had ambition of using his skills to create his own brand. Hard working, experienced, strong, fast, customer friendly, and just an all around good human, Justin is the total package. Justin spends as much time as possible with his newborn son. Realizing that being a father is the best thing EVER! You will rarely see him without his son and wife. Challenge him to bags and put a beer in his hand and, well, we cannot be held responsible for the outcome of said events.

Another one of our homegrown youngsters, Devin started with BEK in 2020 entering his last year of high school. After graduating he dedicated himself to learning the profession and the BEK way. He may appear young but with his work ethic, knowledge, and willingness to learn, Devin has more than proven himself on hundreds of moves. Devin is an all-around athlete. From Football to basketball, Devin can play them all. However, start talking about cars and prepare to see his ears perk up.

Great mover! Horrible comedian. Tyler was our very first BEK employees and is now one of our managers. There is no one we would rather have on any move than Tyler. Calm, experienced, able to disassemble and reassemble just about anything. With thousands of moves performed, Tyler is a professional of the highest caliber. In his free time Tyler stays busy fixing up his vehicles, gaming, and nerding out with the BEK boys online. 

One of the newest members of the team, Nate is coming up on his 1st year with BEK. A quick learner and dedicated to learning a new profession, Nate has come up quickly. Challenge Nate to a pickup game of hoops and watch him drop dimes and fade away jumpers. Swish!

Miller aka Dad aka Pops is the oldest and most experienced of our Daily Drivers/Managers at 32 years old. Miller was the 2nd employee ever hired by BEK coming to us with over 10 years of experience with other companies. Easily the most respected and knowledgeable of our crew, Miller will be seen leading our biggest and toughest moves. Miller grew up with the ownership team and has been family since way back before BEK began. Although he cannot eat pie (damn gluten), Miller enjoys his fine Whiskey and Rye.

The man who has carried the most self-imposed titles at BEK. Erick was hired as our Marketing Director but quickly became another Swiss army knife in the arsenal of BEK. Stepping into the Operations role in his 2nd year, Erick now trains all office staff on customer service, bidding and quoting moves, as well as training on packing boxes. Growing up with Blake and Justin, Erick like Miller was always family even before BEK began. Dedicated to the reputation we are building, Erick will do everything possible to ensure your move is stress free.  

Erick is a proud girl-dad of two little ladies. Always active in his girls’ extracurricular activities, he will be found coaching, volunteering at school, and going to jiu-jitsu tournaments. Free time is a myth in Erick’s world. 

Our most athletic individual, Jake is the type to leave your head spinning with his good looks and speed with which he works. A stud athlete, Jake came to us full time in the year of Covid 2020. Jake is a pure natural in the industry and has made himself at home in our BEK family. 

If you can catch him, say hi to Jake. He is easily one of the warmest and most kindhearted individuals you will ever meet. 

Dominic is another youngster and new member to the family. While working on completing his first year with BEK, he has proven himself a natural. The most we can ask for out of a new mover is a willingness to learn and commitment to the craft. Domanic gives just that to the highest level.
